According to one savvy Aussie, the normally oil-heavy ordeal can be done quite easily (and with less cals) at home with the $89 Kmart air fryer. Step One:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Boil pork for 15 mins. Dry off well and place in fridge for 4-5 hours (to dry the skin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step Two:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cook in air fryer on 200^C for 30 minutes. Reduce to 180^C and cook for another 30 minutes. Let sit to rest while cooking veggies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step Three:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Enjoy crunchy, soft and moist pork belly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Comments quickly flooded in to praise the genius recipe and cooking method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI tried Pork Belly in the air fryer for the first time and WOW!
