If your pooch is at this whining stage, it\u2019s probably time to wear them out on a long walk \u2013 and what better place to do that than the Abbott Falls Walking Track! Located in Olney State Forrest, this track is the longest on our list, sitting at 5.5km. The path kicks off at the Pines Picnic Area and winds its way down through gullies of blue gums and rainforests to Abbotts Falls Lookout before looping back up. Well, just like that little girl in the taco ad from 2007 says, \u2018Why not both?\u2019. Strickland Falls Track is a beautiful 1.5km loop that ventures down past wildflowers, creeks, and tall eucalyptus trees to a small waterfall best viewed a few days after rain. Set under beautiful tall pine trees, this 1km loop walks alongside Dora Creek through beautiful greenery and foliage, and past a small rock pool. This track starts from The Pines Picnic Area and loops around the creek before returning. The picnic area is also completely dog-friendly, so feel free to have a little post-hike feast with your furry best friend! Well, you can easily tick off one of those things with the Arboretum Track in Strickland State Forrest! The 2.3km Arboretum Track goes past some of the oldest and most beautiful trees on the Central Coast including 150-year-old Australian Red Cedars, Bunyas and Hoop Pines. Your dog will have so many trees to choose from, they won\u2019t know what to do with themselves!
