It\u2019s expected to hit on Wednesday. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Baton down the hatches Coasties, because one hell of a storm could be coming our way over the next few days.<\/p>\n

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for parts of NSW including the Central Coast, with heavy rainfall and strong winds expected to hit on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

30-80mm of rain is expected to fall in both the Gosford and Wyong areas tomorrow, with winds reaching 60km\/h in the late afternoon.<\/p>\n

Jason Sims from the SES is warning the Central Coast that flash flooding could be a possibility tomorrow, and that residents should be careful around flood waters.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo not enter those roads,\u201d he told Star1045. \u201cThe depth of those roads is very difficult to see, so it\u2019s clearly a safety issue.\u201d<\/p>\n

The storms are expected to clear by Friday.<\/p>\n
