Served with cucumber, tomato salsa and tasty Lebanese bread wedges, the stress of finding a hotel room will be a bad memory. It finally gives us a chance to whip out all of the egg puns we\u2019ve been dying to use for months! Now, we\u2019re not yolking with you when we say that the eggs benedict at The Box on the Water is absolutely eggsquisite! But we\u2019re sure you\u2019re cracking up as you wonder what makes this eggs benedict different from the classic eggs benny on caf\u00e9 menus across the Coast. Well, everything in this dish is made with egg-streme care. The perfectly poached eggs are placed on a bed of spinach, your choice of ham, spinach or asparagus, and sourdough toasted to perfection. It\u2019s topped with a creamy and delicious homemade hollandaise sauce to make one shell of a dish!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theboxonthewater.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/5_6.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jimmygs.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Breaky Tacos <\/strong><strong>I Jimmy G\u2019s <\/strong><strong>I Gosford, West Gosford and Tuggerah <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/6_9.jpg\" width=\"382\" height=\"383\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Just the word \u2018breakfast\u2019 already makes our tummies rumble, but add the word \u2018tacos\u2019 to the end and we\u2019re totally drooling. Jimmy G\u2019s is the home of the breakfast taco on the Central Coast, and boy \u2013 with just one bite of these, you\u2019ll want to make it your home too! For this dish, fluffy scrambled eggs are mixed with delicious house-made Mexican beans before being served with three warm soft tortillas and side of sour cream, pico-de-gallo and fresh avocado with a jalape\u00f1o hot cheese dressing. If we\u2019re being honest, we\u2019re kind of debating if it would be socially acceptable to order two serves.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jimmygs.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/7_5.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tommyscafegosford.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Smashed Avocado <\/strong><strong>I Tommy\u2019s Caf\u00e9 <\/strong><strong>I Gosford<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/10_4.jpg\" width=\"386\" height=\"257\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We couldn\u2019t have a list of breakfast and NOT have smashed avo make an appearance somewhere. However, the smashed avocado at Tommy\u2019s Caf\u00e9 isn\u2019t just a piece of bread with half-mashed avo. No, at Tommy\u2019s, the smashed avocado is practically an art form. Perfectly toasted seeded sourdough is topped with avocado and cherry tomato before being sprinkled with parmesan shavings, salted labna, basil leaves, and house-made dukkah. A slice of lemon is placed on the side, and the dish is completed with the ultimate finishing touch \u2013 flowers! That\u2019s right, a small sprinkling of brightly, coloured edible flowers are scattered over the plate to create a dish that is truly a masterpiece.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tommyscafegosford.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/11_4.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/warniescafe.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Waffle Platter <\/strong><strong>I Warnies Caf\u00e9 <\/strong><strong>I Warnervale <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/8_4.jpg\" width=\"385\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re going to need your stretchy pants for this breakfast. Jeans, shorts or any sort of stomach restricting clothing just won\u2019t do for this feast. You\u2019ll need your big, elastic-waisted pants with plenty of room to stretch because you\u2019ve got to try and fit in not one, not two, not three, but FIVE loaded waffles.
