Get ready to be blown away because a massive new $115 million entertainment and residential quarter is being proposed for West Gosford! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If successful, the new multi-million Conexions<\/em> precinct will be developed opposite The Entertainment Grounds and will see the best of the Central Coast come together, with a best-in-class hotel, bespoke apartment and multiple luxurious facilities for the public.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amongst the luxurious public facilities proposed in Conexions<\/em>, there will be multiple metropolitan dining venues, small bars and caf\u00e9s as well as green spaces for family recreation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposed features don\u2019t stop there with a luxurious day spa, a resort-style recreational area with a \u201cSwim-up pool bar\u201d set to be included, as well as a water activity area for the kids. Phew, we already can\u2019t wait to relax! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The residential apartment building could also be a first for the Central Coast, with the building set to include purpose-built co-working space offering the perks of a corporate office while working from home \u2013 as well as green space, outdoor recreational areas, barbeques, and a gymnasium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director of Reward Group \u2013 one of the two developers behind the project \u2013 Christopher Donohue, said Conexions<\/em> could become a cornerstone of the West Gosford community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have worked hard to ensure this development will deliver value, opportunity and positive experiences for the people of the Central Coast, and we are excited to be building facilities which until now have been only available in major metropolitan centres,\u201d Mr Donohue said. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

If the proposed development is successful, construction of the 1-hectare precinct could see more than 500 jobs created and an additional 130 ongoing jobs, boosting the Central Coast\u2019s tourism and hospitality sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developers have been working with local advisory panels for more than two years to ensure it adds value to the local area and protects important vistas to and from local landmark President\u2019s Hill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The public has been invited to provide feedback and attend drop-in sessions to learn more about the project and meet the team behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
