The NSW Government confirmed they are extending the initiative until July 31, 2021, to give people more time to use all of their vouchers eating out or trying a new activity this winter, and of course, during the school holidays! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet said the boost to the NSW economy had proved to be popular with residents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPeople of all ages and walks of life are giving them a go and we don\u2019t want anyone to miss out. This extension will ensure everyone has a chance to use all four of their vouchers, which I\u2019m sure will be particularly handy in the school holidays,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The latest data shows more than 4.23 million people have downloaded their vouchers since the imitative was launched in March and according to the Sydney Morning Herald<\/a>, more than 1.1 million vouchers have been used in the City of Sydney. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
More 693,272 have been redeemed in Blacktown, closely followed by the Central Coast, where 237,654 vouchers have already been redeemed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every NSW resident aged 18 and over is eligible for four $25 vouchers worth $100 in total to spend at designated hospitality venues and entertainment venues such as galleries, cinemas, amusement parks and theatres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The vouchers are accessible via the Service NSW app, with the NSW Government still encouraging businesses and customers to register for the Dine & Discover initiative on the\u00a0Service NSW<\/a>\u00a0website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
