Not so much\u2026 but don\u2019t worry because we have a new skill to master (and drink) \u2013 cocktails!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And thanks to the team at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taste.com.au\/recipes\/pavlova-pina-colada\/usspiMc4?r=recipes\/summerentertaining&amp;c=LUZkqXNu\/Summer%20entertaining&amp;fbclid=IwAR31ZzKRAzzLUNmHoKz7_jPeTco7dPq7GBKgp4Ry-AdG0EAt5pxrxdRhhvQ\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taste.com.au<\/a> we\u2019ve found the perfect \u2013 and most Australian \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/home\/how-to-make-caramilk-cocktails\/\">cocktail<\/a> we want to master next!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are all the details on how you can whip up this delish cocktail at home this weekend:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250ml (1 cup) coconut water<\/li><li>16 mini meringues, plus extra, to serve<\/li><li>1\/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, chopped, plus 4 slices extra, to serve<\/li><li>500ml coconut &#8216;ice-cream&#8217; (or frozen coconut dairy-free dessert)<\/li><li>80ml (1\/3 cup) white rum<\/li><li>Fresh or dried coconut flakes, to serve<\/li><li>Tiny Umbrella\u2019s (optional, but we mean, it will make you feel like you\u2019re on holidays!)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pour the coconut water into ice-cube trays and place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight, until frozen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Combine the meringues, chopped pineapple, \u2018ice-cream\u2019, rum and half the coconut ice-cubes in a blender and blend until combined, smooth and frothy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Divide the remaining coconut ice-cubes among four 250ml (1 cup) serving glasses. Divide the pineapple mixture among glasses. Top with extra meringues, extra pineapple slices and coconut flakes.
