Times are tough for many small business<\/a> owners across the Central Coast right now with extended lockdowns and uncertainty surrounding when they\u2019ll be able to re-open again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, this is why one Central Coast publication has taken matters into their own hands and launched an initiative to encourage Coasties to get out and spend what they can in our local businesses! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coasties Mag<\/a> founder and editor Amy has launched the #coastieschallenge on Instagram, with one goal in mind \u2013 let’s inject $16 million into our local economy! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy has crunched the numbers and according to here, if all 320,000 of us Coasties spend just $50 each at a local business in August, it will inject $16 million into our local economy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uh-huh. $16. Million. How good does that sound?! <\/p>\n\n\n
