Experts recommend following the guidelines on your ageing pillows (and mattress) because they might actually be harming your sleep! According to CHOICE mattress expert Peter Zaluzny, a good mattress should last on average eight years but\u2026 there isn\u2019t actually a science to when you should change them! “When you should replace it is not an exact science, but there are some clues that are good indicators that it’s time to move on,\u201d Zaluzny said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don\u2019t know about you, but it\u2019s safe to say that the air conditioner is getting a bit of a workout in this sudden cold snap! So once it warms up and before it gets too warm, experts recommend checking the air filters around your house to see if they need a clean! They\u2019re designed to catch dust, but they might actually be catching more than that, with bacteria and pollen likely to be sucked on up too! The experts recommend digging out the instructions to see exactly what you need to do t clean the air filters around your house.
