Central Coast residents are being encouraged to hold on to their Dine & Discover vouchers after they were extended for use until June 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The vouchers will be available to use for the next 10 months until June 30, 2022 with Parliamentary Secretary for the Central Coast and Member for Terrigal Adam Crouch said Central Coast residents still possess a total of 539,426 unredeemed vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA total of 314,358 vouchers have been redeemed by Central Coast residents since the vouchers first became available in February. To date, these vouchers have injected almost $8 million into local businesses,\u201d Mr Crouch said,<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCentral Coast residents still possess a total of 539,426 unredeemed vouchers, and it\u2019s fantastic that everyone now has extra time to \u2018spend\u2019 them on a range of hospitality and tourism activities when the COVID-19 lockdown ends.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We joke, we joke but the NSW Government rolled out four, $25 vouchers to every NSW resident aged 18 and over to stimulate the state\u2019s economy late last year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two of the $25 vouchers will be designated for use at hospitality venues and in some good news, can be currently used for takeaway orders while the current stay-at-home orders are in place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The other two \u201cdiscover\u201d vouchers will be used for entertainment venues such as galleries, cinemas, amusement parks and theatres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But there is a catch. You can\u2019t use the Dine and Discover vouches on alcohol, gambling cigarettes or retail, with only COVID-safe businesses able to participate in the voucher scheme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each voucher can also only be used as a lump sum, so don\u2019t go hoarding the vouchers to save them for later!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NSW residents can easily apply online to receive their vouchers through the latest version of the Service NSW app and website, and a non-digital solution is available to customers who don\u2019t have a smartphone or compatible device via the Service NSW portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
