Locals who are thinking of selling are being advised to hold on while those looking at buying are being urged to do so now with the market expected to boom once more following lockdown according to local agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking to the Central Coast Express Advocate<\/a>, DiJones Central Coast Partner and former Real Estate Institute of NSW president Brett Hunter said the reclassification of the Central Coast to a regional centre doesn\u2019t mean much because buyers are after the lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI don\u2019t think that classification means much for a buyer,\u201d Mr Hunter told the Express Advocate,<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt\u2019s more about lifestyle, access to beaches and good schools.
