Well, then don\u2019t worry because thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.augmentiahealth.com.au\/\">Augmentia Health<\/a>, we\u2019ve compiled our favourite self-care tips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Create A Daily Schedule:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We know you\u2019ve got a lot to juggle but experts recommend making sure you develop a daily schedule for these unprecedented times and making sure that you build in some time for self-care! Now, we know what you\u2019re thinking\u2026 isn\u2019t this a given? Well, you\u2019d be right there but according to experts, this will help on the days your feeling unmotivated by providing a bit of clear structure. If you\u2019re stressed about something, then experts recommend setting a timer for 10 minutes to practise some mindfulness or even engage in some mediation. Meditation not for you? Then experts recommend putting all of your distractions away and focusing on one small, everyday activity. Could be something as little as making yourself a meal and focusing on everything you\u2019re doing at that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Treat Yourself:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The best way of self-care during a lockdown? Treating yourself according to the experts! Now\u2026 this doesn\u2019t mean you have to go online shopping and further solidify the fact you&#8217;re on a first name basis with the postman. It can be something as simple as running a bath, watching your favourite TV show or even just enjoying the sunshine. Be compassionate with yourself! Take a moment out of your day to remind yourself that it\u2019s okay not to have it all together but whatever you\u2019re doing, you are doing amazing at it!
