We don\u2019t know about you, but we think that Lulu, Star 104.5\u2019s Music Guru is amazing, and just now a Central Coast legend!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This legend has become part of our mornings through her fabulous music reviews, but now, she is taking her legendary status one step further because she is chopping her hair to make a difference in the life of a seriously ill child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lulu is chopping off a whooping 35.5cm on Friday, November 26 as part of Variety\u2019s Hair with Heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lulu\u2019s hair will be used to create a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that\u2019s not all\u2026 because on top of that, our now 11-year-old Music Guru is also raising much-needed funds to help provide even more wigs and other vital equipment for families in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Variety\u2019s Hair with Heart, wigs can normally cost families up to $6,000 and last approximately 1-2 years meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on purchasing wigs throughout a child\u2019s youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And we want to help change that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
