We don\u2019t know about you, but we love dessert. But we love it even more so when it combines two of our favourite things in this world \u2013 Nutella and Biscoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, when we stumbled across this viral video of a No-Bake Nutella and Biscoff Cheesecake<\/a> during some endless scrolling on Facebook, we just had to share it with the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We mean, just look at this creamy, drool-worthy slice of goodness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This delicious dessert was shared by self-taught English baker Eloise Head<\/a> and has already amassed over 1.5 million views because it is just that good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

290g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, finely crushed
100g unsalted butter, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheesecake Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

400ml double cream, cold
500g cream cheese
450g Nutella
80g icing sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200g Biscoff spread, melted
2 Lotus biscuits, finely crushed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus, you\u2019ll need an 8-inch springform tin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Combine Lotus Biscuits and melted butter in a bowl and mix well until combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pour into an 8-inch springform tin and press down firmly into the base of the tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Whisk the double cream into stiff peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In another bowl, whisk cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella until fully combined., then fold in your whip cream.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Scoop the cheesecake mix into the base, smooth it out and then refrigerate overnight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Once set, crush up a couple of Lotus biscuits, then run a knife around the tin for a super-smooth edge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Pour the melted Biscoff spread over the cheesecake and sprinkle the crushed biscuits around the edge and then pop it in the fridge to set!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Then, ta-da you, have a delicious cheesecake (which won\u2019t last long, trust us)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
