{"id":41919,"date":"2022-05-26T11:54:50","date_gmt":"2022-05-26T01:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/?p=41919"},"modified":"2022-05-26T11:54:55","modified_gmt":"2022-05-26T01:54:55","slug":"the-doylo-proposed-to-undergo-200-million-redevelopment-featuring-a-go-kart-track-medical-facilities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.star1045.com.au\/home\/the-doylo-proposed-to-undergo-200-million-redevelopment-featuring-a-go-kart-track-medical-facilities\/","title":{"rendered":"The Doylo Proposed To Undergo $200 Million Redevelopment Featuring A Go-Kart Track &#038; Medical Facilities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed $200 million redevelopment of The Doylo \u2013 which features a go-kart track and residential facilities \u2013 has cleared the first hurdle of planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailytelegraph.com.au\/newslocal\/central-coast\/doyalsonwyee-rsl-club-plans-one-step-closer-for-housing-fast-food-hotel-and-gokart-track\/news-story\/311969732347f5dee2f57d42923d79f3\">Central Coast Express Advocate<\/a>, the proposed development to The Doylo has cleared the first hurdle with Central Coast Council approving the planning proposal to rezone the Doyalson site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Central Coast Council Administrator Rik Hart said it is important to note the $200 million development is still in the planning proposal stage and will now move on to the next stage of the proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThat planning proposal, now that it is signed off by the council, goes to the State Government,\u201d Mr Hart said as per the Central Coast Express Advocate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIf that goes through, The Doylo can start the DA process with final details.
