John Easterling has paid tribute to his late wife and Australia\u2019s sweetheart Olivia Newton-John. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 73-year-old star lost her long-term battle with breast cancer on Tuesday, shattering the hearts of people all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now John has released a touching statement, once again via Olivia\u2019s official Instagram<\/a> page. He accompanied the sweet words with a picture of the pair embracing, writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur love for each other transcends our understanding. Every day we expressed our gratitude for this love that could be so deep, so real, so natural. We never had to \u2018work\u2019 on it. We were in awe of this great mystery and accepted the experience of our love as past, present and forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt Olivia\u2019s deepest essence she was a healer using her mediums of song, of words, of touch. She was the most courageous woman I\u2019ve ever known. Her bandwidth for genuinely caring for people, for nature and all creatures almost eclipses what is humanely [sic] possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n
