And in that time we have moved on with our lives following the shock of Steve Irwin&#8217;s death.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-pane pane-entity-field pane-node-field-nova-section-main\">\n<div class=\"pane-content\">\n<div class=\"paragraphs-items paragraphs-items-field-nova-section-main paragraphs-items-field-nova-section-main-full paragraphs-items-full\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-nova-section-main field-type-paragraphs field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<div class=\"entity entity-paragraphs-item paragraphs-item-nova-para-content\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-nova-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n\nBut for Steve&#8217;s daughter Bindi, it&#8217;s still something she deals with every day.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<div class=\"entity entity-paragraphs-item paragraphs-item-nova-para-content\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-nova-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n\nOpening up to\u00a0<em>Stellar Magazine<\/em>, the 21-year-old revealed the grief of losing her father sneaks up on her at any time. Most recently was just a couple weeks ago while working at Australia Zoo:\n\n<em>&#8220;It was just an ordinary day and we were playing the video where we petition against harvesting of crocodile eggs.<\/em>\n\n<em>&#8220;There\u2019s old footage of Dad with the crocodiles and, even though I\u2019ve seen the video maybe 50 times, that day I started crying.&#8221;<\/em>\n\nEven though Bindi, her brother Robert and mum Terri have been continuing Steve&#8217;s legacy proudly, the pain remains:\n\n<em>&#8220;Some days you feel the grief more than others.<\/em>\n\n<em>&#8220;What gets to me are those moments when I\u2019d love him to be here to share what we\u2019re doing. It could be when my brother is receiving an accolade for his photography, or it might be at the end of the day when we\u2019re having dinner and laughing. But it&#8217;s her and Rob&#8217;s continuation of Steve&#8217;s legacy in the wildlife which brings a proud tear to our nation:\n\n<em>&#8220;We\u2019re doing it our own way, but you can feel Dad\u2019s spirit in everything we do.
