The residential development side of the Archibald by ALAND<\/a> will open later this year, with the hotel \u2013 Voco Gosford \u2013 to open in mid-2025 as per hotelmanagement.com.au, marking the first new build hotel opening on the Central Coast in 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building was topped out by Premier Chris Minns earlier this week at a whopping 28 storeys, making it the highest landmark in Gosford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction on the Archibald by ALAND development commenced mid-2023, with the highly anticipated project transforming the 108 Donnison Street site into a vibrant lifestyle destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This development consists of twin towers on a shared podium, one facing Mann and Donnison Street and the other facing Baker and Donnison Street, housing 323 residential apartments, 130 premium hotel rooms and multiple food and beverage outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Residents of the Archibald development will have direct access to resort-style facilities including a podium pool with a swim-up bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The central location places Archibald less than five minutes\u2019 walk from Gosford Waterfront and Gosford Train Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development is also a short walk from the University of Newcastle\u2019s new high-tech campus which is set to be built on Mann Street in the coming years, making it a drawcard for buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking to Star 104.5 in 2023, ALAND\u2019s Head of Development Ryan Lane said the Archibald is poised to become a landmark project for the region, re-activating the heart of Gosford with vibrant lifestyle-orientated living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe combination of residences, an upscale hotel, as well as exciting food and beverage offerings, a gym, and swimming pool, sets new standards for luxury living in Gosford,\u201d Lane said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
