The Central Coast is having a bit of a moment and it\u2019s only just getting started. Full Bloom: A New Season for Creative Arts on the Central Coast has officially launched, and it\u2019s set to put our region on the map as one of Australia\u2019s rising creative hotspots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new 2025\u20132027 strategy was revealed at a packed-out night at Laycock Community Theatre, complete with live sets from local stars like The Moving Stills, Rob Waters, Courtney Keil and Dom Diaz. It wasn\u2019t just a celebration, it was a real turning point for the Coast\u2019s creative future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s good news for music lovers too, Central Coast Music & Arts (CCMA) has scored a $115,000 grant from Sound NSW to boost local music programs. With help from global nightlife experts VibeLab, the plan has some exciting goals, think training and mentorship for artists, more jobs, better venues and touring networks, more inclusive community programs led by First Nations voices and a stronger, united voice for the arts here on the Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With events like the return of the Gossy Weekender, new artist mentoring and plans for collaborative creative hubs, this plan is full of real opportunities, not just for artists, but for local businesses and the wider community too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As CCMA’s Executive Director Lou Sawilejskij puts it: “We’re not just backing artists-we’re backing a whole creative ecosystem where the Central Coast can shine.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
