This Mother\u2019s Day, the Central Coast community will come together for a powerful cause, with the Mother\u2019s Day Classic returning to The Entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The much-loved national event invites locals to walk or run 5km, raising vital funds and awareness to stop breast and ovarian cancer in their tracks. It\u2019s a morning about movement, meaning and making a difference, all while honouring the women in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Funds raised will support the incredible work of the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, helping drive research breakthroughs, improve treatments and ultimately save women\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether you\u2019re walking in honour of your mum, running in memory of someone special or simply showing up to support the cause, every step taken on the day helps fund critical research and bring hope to thousands of Australian families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now for the must-know info, the event will be held at Picnic Point, The Entrance on Sunday 10th May 2026, with a warm-up kicking off at 8.30am before the race waves begin at 9:00am and 9:15am. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to get involved in 5km course, whether you’re ready to set a running personal best or walk and enjoy all that the day has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
